Asian-language summaries for every built-in spaCR application module.

MODULE_SUMMARIES_ASIA is indexed first by spaCR language code and then by the stable application key from spacr.qt.app.APPS. Its values are localized versions of the concise, one-line English descriptions shown for those applications. Technical names and interoperability identifiers remain unchanged so that they agree with the UI, documentation, and file formats.
